Ken Hong (my client here) presented me with some Korean sweets to welcome me to the country. The Korean palate is accustomed to quite salty food and most food is nowhere near as sweet as western or even Japanese food (though bread is an obvious exception to this - I think most bread in Korea is made with equal measures of both sugar and flour)..jpg)
Most of the sweets were exactly that - sweet. I wasn't too sure on the green stuff at first - but I'm pretty adventurous when it comes to food and decided to give it a go! I'm glad I did, as it was delicious.
